The movers showed up bright and early this morning and they packed and packed and packed some more. A very nice man carefully wrapped up each bit of my china and other breakables and put them in a rather large box with a great deal of paper. It took much of the day to wrap up our assorted possessions and then load it onto the truck. It was sealed up and will arrive sometime this Summer at our house. (if all goes according to plan, so pray to your higher power of choice or ask the universe to be kind to our things.) When the truck drove off things felt a little odd. "Oh well then..." And away it went. It was Mr. Jenner who noted, "we shipped our envelopes didn't we?" We did. I pointed out, "we can buy more."

For... less than two weeks we will be living at home like we are on holiday. (mostly out of suitcases and not getting tooooooooo comfortable.) I do have to hand it to the kids that even though they have very few toys at the moment, they still managed to scatter them about and make a great mess. A true talent.

We went out for dinner at the pub up the hill and then got ice cream from the near by shop. We may as well play at being on holiday.

Tomorrow I am going in for what I like to refer to as a head tune-up. I have the dentist tomorrow morning. They are going to be dealing with some fillings. I KNOW!!! What fun!!!!
Then in the afternoon I am having my hair done in some fashion or another. Namely having it trimmed and tidied up a bit. A bit of self-care to keep me even.

Maybe we will have a garage sale this weekend. Who wants to buy some baby toys or shelving or electronic whatevers? You do of course!
