It appears my test results are normal. So pass me some vitamins, and more oily fish. Or something like that. Maybe I will invest in scarves. Scarves are a good thing right? A massage might be good I bet. From what I understand this isn't permanent. And I will just take really good care of myself. It's just a knock to the teeth; especially in February. February: because you were feeling too good as it was.
A friend mentioned stress and all that. In some ways I suppose last year was slightly stressful but not as bad as some years. In fact I really enjoyed last year. We sold a house (with a huge amount of ease, and speed) and then we sorted my residency, and then we bought a house. The biggest stress with buying the house was waiting on the legal sorts to do their jobs. I went traveling, had family and friends visit, (which was fantastic) and went and saw plays, and all kinds of things. I feel terrible that so much was painful in the world last year, while I was leading a charmed life.

I am reading Robert Capa's sort-of memoir, "Slightly Out of Focus" about his life/work during WWII. He makes it clear that it isn't the most truthful memoir. As I read in another book, it was more like an extended treatment for a potential film, and he was a big bull-shitter. I suppose this is what makes me curious about the whole Brian Williams situation in the US. Yeah, he lied about something, and was a big old bullshitter, just like the other bullshitters in media. There is a long history of them. That is the iffy nature of story-telling. You want to seduce your audience, but it doesn't always work if your audience is expecting a documentary. Maybe more people should begin by saying, "expect an asterix".
