doing this
Apr. 15th, 2015 11:03 pmThe weather is pretty glorious. Occasionally the marine fog moves in and it becomes quite cold suddenly but usually burns off.
What am I doing this week? Writing and gardening. Then I garden and write. I went to the dentist today. My dentist had left the practice...and suddenly she is back. Mysterious. Nothing wrong with my teeth at the moment. Other than the usual. But nothing new. It was brief. I appreciate that. I undid all that good cleaning work by going out and getting a cappuccino afterwards. I found some more gardening tools at the local hardware store. It is such a delightful place to poke around because they carry everything. Sometimes it is tempting to buy something in there just because they have it.
I wandered into a charity shop because they had this stool in the window that just seemed like the right sort of thing. It was pink, tufted and had some really interesting white legs. Miss Biscuit quickly stole it when she came home. "See, it goes with my room." It does.
I have a whole mess of cornichon seedlings. At last count it is now up to 16. I also have some pickling cuke plants arriving. I may share out the cornichon seedlings if more than eight hold up in a few weeks. I will grow some in the green house and then grow a few outdoors to see which ones do better. Experiment!
