I deleted tons of old emails, tidied my various folders and deleted a variety of old addresses.
It was quite nice to get rid of addressess belonging to people I don't care for.

Talk about fun.

I think I am going to purchase a new souffle dish and make lots of delightful things.

That sounds like an interesting dish and rather tragic that she never shared the recipes.

I don't really have any recipes written down. I just kinda keep it all in my head so I figure I will write it down one day.

I've made a "crusty cheese and onion souffle" that sounds a bit like this. I'm not sure if I can lay my hands on the recipe, but it basically consists of frying chunks of broken french bread together with onions in a little butter, then putting that into a souffle dish, and then pouring a regular cheese souffle mix over the top and baking. Bloody good!
