Today we witnessed a gorilla eating something orange, regurgitating several times over. There were many small children present and each time the gorilla would do this, the small children would shout, "ewwwww". It was pretty funny.

There was an armadillo in the nocturnal house who kept racing and racing and racing around like it was in a cartoon.

An Asian elephant who sauntered around in a circle with a fairly pleased expression. It looked like it had heard a funny joke.

We also saw bunnies hopping about with a rare breed of goose and a wallaby hanging out with some ducks like they were pals.

The zoo was very fun.

We came home, fell asleep and now I can not sleep.
I can't take naps. They just turn out badly.

...

This week on Miss Gennie's Livejournal we can expect three restaurant reviews, a discussion about accessories and a guide to "sex scenes" in a variety of novels.

If you call sitting behind a log and not letting anybody see you and kind of being a bitch about everything...then yes I saw him.

that sounds like you had a wonderful time remember when we went to the zoo on my 9th birthday and we kept hearing that weird sound that sounded like a bunch of drunk teenagers but it turned out to be some odd breed of chimpanzee I had such a wonderful time when we went.*sighs dreamy-like*

Yes, I remember those. We had hoped to catch a glimpse of them, but they were hiding today.
