Last night we saw Kill Bill Vol. 1 and it was fairly cool, though I had to turn away a few times because of the violence. But that is just me.
Andrew made a funny comment about the spewing blood. "Those Japanese have really high blood pressure."
That they do.

I do like the idea of a bunch of ass-kicking broads who are good with cutlery.
There were the usual bits of perversion, some nifty anime sequences, and some neat camera-work and lighting.

While I admit I am one of the few people who enjoyed Jackie Brown, this is kind of far from that.
(except for the kick-ass female element)
I think this piece is more of an homage.
I dig that.
I used to like watching Bruce Lee films when I was a little kid.
But I used to watch a lot of strange things as a child.

Yeah...well I work today. Oh happy day. *smirks* It is raining. So either it will be busier then a whorehouse in New Orleans or it will be dead quiet like a library in L.A.
