Hrm...did someone just try and call me?
I was too lazy to talk on the telephone.

...

I have acquired all of these new books and do you think I am going to read them any time soon? No.
argh.

I don't believe I will put forth any depth for now. I am a bit tired and I have socks and things to put away.

Hrm....Let me think for a moment.
Is there anything you would like to read at the moment? Are you craving non-fiction, fiction...

i'm blank. whatever- so long as it isn't crap.
i hate that- you get a book & keep reading hoping it will get better... & it doesn't. By that point- you are invested & have to finish it- just so you didn't waste your time. if that makes sense.

Okay I will toss out a few suggestions.
Things I read awhile ago you may enjoy. Or atleast I hope.

There is Lucia Lucia by Adriana Trigiani. It is a short book, rather sweet and one thinks it may go down the Oprah lane of fiction genre's but it is a rather sweet book. Bittersweet really. Something nice to read that won't take too long.

Of course there is The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Everyone is reading it. It is fluff in a sense except conspiracy nuts like to read a lot into it. It has a nice Indiana Jones appeal about it and it zips along really nicely.

Then there is The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde. It has a touch of Douglas Adams influence and it is very fun. Sort of an alternative universe where writers are like rock stars and these people who believe Sir Francis Bacon wrote Shakespeare's plays are like Jehovah Witnesses and people have dodo birds as pets. Very silly very fun. Normally this sort of book isn't my cup of tea but I enjoyed it very much.

There that ought to start you off in some sort of direction.

They are all fairly light fare in the grand scheme of things, but something nice to past the holidays with.

Mucha a biggie in the art nouveau movement. He did a lot of stuff for Illustrations in magazines.
I think we have some of his books at work.
