I was talking to Andrew about the difficult co-worker from hell when Andrew said, "he sounds like David Brent from 'The Office'." It hit me and I said loudly, "MY GOD YOU ARE SO DAMN RIGHT."

For those who are familiar with the BBC television program "The Office" that is what I am dealing with. Him with a touch of the character Gareth.

I feel like screaming.
