I didn't make the rolls. I bought them at this really great scandenavian bakery I like called Larsens.
I did make the pies from scratch. Lemon meringue and Pumpkin.

They make some really nifty things. I also like Olsens which has all sorts of Norwegian/Swedish food I dig.
Like Lefse, pickled herring, and almond paste.
