In other exciting news Mr. Jenner and I went Christmas shopping today. I can proudly say I am 5/6 of the way done with my shopping. I have one or two items to buy and a few other details to take care of and I will call it good. I merely have to wrap a few more presents and then I can drink all the eggnog I want.

We also bought a new toaster.






I have lusted after a toaster like this for some time. Thankfully the old one finally went home to Jesus. It was a good toaster.

That's a lovely toaster, indeed. Very similar to the one Joe and I almost bought, except we tend to lean more toward the brushed steel look.

I haven't even started on Christmas shopping.

We looked at the brushed steel version...tempting but I lusted after this particular model for a very long time. Now it is in our kitchen and oh how pretty it looks.

I am not a fan of everything chrome, but I like it for toasters. It is kind of retro, very classic and very easy to clean. Which is my favorite part.
