Do you know what I am craving? lobster sauce. Lots and lots of lobster sauce.

I have been thinking about the salmon puff pastry with the lobster sauce I had last summer.
Oh how lovely it was.

I wouldn't mind some duck either...with the figs....

or the fois gras with the blood orange gelee.

I want something savory.

I always think about food. I do a lot of cooking, I write a lot about it. I talk a lot about food, cooking, chefs, restaurants to people at work. Part of it has to do with my job.

I think they might have soy fois gras. I read something about it awhile ago.

Actually if you go to the cheese market in the pike place market they carry a vegetarian fois gras. It is pretty good. Check it out.
