One asks how was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban ?
It was pretty damn awesome.
thankyouverymuch.
First my siblings, Mr. Jenner and I waited in a very very long line for a very very long time. We ate shakes and fries while waiting and waiting. People were a bit apprehensive because they usually over-sell these sneak previews but intelligently they booked two theaters for the occasion.
There is nothing worse then irate children who have been waiting for a particular movie for a very long time.
Lord help the movie theater that should deal with those people.

This movie was much darker, the dementers reminded me of the dark riders and the art direction was awe-inspiring. You are beginning to see a much more angsty Harry and the film really works. Of course they had to leave out some things after all how in Gods name are you going to fit all of that into a film? But the film worked. I think I liked this more then the other two because it had a much more..."European" touch to it. I think people will be fairly pleased. Also there are more exterior shots in this film and it captured this really beautiful/bittersweet quality.

Okay so for lust-worthy subjects I have to say the actor who played Professor Lupin (David Thewlis) got me all hot and bothered. Something about a tortured man who wears snappy clothes that gets me giddy. Yeah...
I also felt that Michael Gambon did a lovely job as Dumbledore. I am sure it is a bit of a bitch having to follow the late Richard Harris but I think I enjoyed Gambon's spin on the character.

They also gave out free lego sets to make a little knight bus. How cool.

I am breaking in a new pair of heels and I have blisters. I feel a bit like a stepsister in the original Grimm's tale of Cinderella. I may have to chop off a heel or toe.

I remember being quite horrified as a kid at the concept of the stepsisters hacking their feet to bits to fit into the glass slipper. Those fairy tales are so cool.

Yeah I was deeply bothered by it but at the same time I really liked it.
Same with Roald Dahl. Kids eat up that stuff.
