My brother Tom is here! I had my siblings and Mother over for dinner and I fed them way too much and they brought presents. I loved everything they gave me. My Mom has a knack for giving a great mixture of whimsical fun things and useful things that are still rather pretty. I think the high-light gift was the chop-stick pencils and sushi eraser for Mr. Jenner. My Mother also made us socks! SOCKS! Mine are pink with teal colored toes and detail. Mr. Jenner has a sober grey socks with bright teal toes as well. We have cozy feet now.

This is too much fun lying in bed updating LJ while listening to BBC radio.

I cook fairly common food for the most part. I just write about the fancy-pancy stuff. I make pasta, quiche and chicken soup about once a week.

Steak is really fucking hard to cook well. I can cook an okay steak but compared to some steaks I have had, my steak is shit.

Sounds like a delightful dessert.
