gfrancieAlright enough Pope chat folks.
It is an absolutely gorgeous day out. Not a cloud in the sky and I think I will go for a long walk and get some serious exercise. I have fallen off the boat the past few days with my eating and it has been making feel like I am the worst person in the world.
More water, more spinach, more yogurt.
I didn't have to wake up early and that alone has put me in a good mood. Also the edited for content kind of perked me up for the day.
Now to find some clothes to wear and plan some meals out.
