I am still wading through my book, we are now onto the subject of Josephine Baker, Bricktop and the black american element in paris. I like the statement that the french weren't racially bigoted, they were racially conscious. Everyone has their place, but no one has the right to impose their will upon one another. There are times when I am quite keen on the french national character, but then I remember Jerry Lewis....

not that I know of *laughs* but the french took a great liking to his comedy and think he is this genius.

I think he is funny. Maybe that is why I have no luck with women...I am hung like a frenchman (small) but have not the accent.
