No show to do (thankyajebus) and I slept in, or I attempted to, but someone kept leaving the door open and letting the puppy come in periodically to jump on my head and try and drag my grass skirt about the room and leap upon that too.
I went to sequim with my mother, we brought the puppy along who decided to vomit in the backseat of the car -twice. I gave her plenty of chances to walk around and vomit in the grass, but she felt the upholstry in the car was a much better choice.
We went to sunny farms and bought a lot of fruit and poultry. I first ran into Oscar. A friend from college. Oscar's mom made the best meatloaf sandwiches and I always loved eating them. He was a great pal. I once sat on his lap, telling him I had been a good girl this year and I wanted a pair of handcuffs. He said, "well funny you should mention that" and he busted out a pair of handcuffs. Then in the deli section I ran into my friend eric who I had not seen in so long I didn't recognize him at first. Partly because he was sporting incredibly short hair and braces. He was always my favorite morman cynic. I definitely want to keep in contact with him. He truly had sardonic behavior down. Plus he is cute. I looked like such crap today running into Oscar and Eric. You always hope when you run into old friends you look good, but nope, I had on some weird Indian clothes and my hair was pinned up messily and I looked like I had had no sleep (which sounds about right)
Then after that fine adventure, I went to the beach with the dogs, who tried to pull me under. Nothing classier then a girl with two dogs, and a halter top on with a severe case of party hats. My goodness the water on the straits of Juan De Fuca are colder then anything sometimes.
I came home, made angelfood cake, with sliced strawberries, and whipped cream, saw the kiddies show, which was fantabulous. came home...slept and now I shall be up for awhile...quite awhile.
