sometimes I am one weak human. Thank goodness for my catholicism. I can be weak with up to 900 million other individuals on a sunday.

At some point, I shall have to make up my mind, about what I shall do about some certain issues regarding friends....
enough cryptic thought.
Off to Crainums!

I went to the market today. It was warm, crowded, and delightful.
I unfortunatly was wearing black clothes, while it may be chic, (especially with my new red scarf) it is foolish when you begin to understand the meaning of the word,"sweltering". I purchased a copy of The NewYorker. (it is the fiction issue) and there is a rather smart and bittersweet article by Thomas Kenally (Schindlers List) on the Church and the secretiveness of those wacky folk. I then bought a cinnamon roll, which I will eat at some point in the day, and some Champagne mangos. I am much more fond of that variety. They are also referred to as Manilla mangos. They are smaller then the other kind, a slight golden colour, leaning more towards a warm yellow. I find them to be terrifically sweet, delicate, and perfect in the summer.

I missed my damn ferry, I need to call my mother.
*sighs*
I need to change my clothes.

I didn't know manila mangoes are also called champagne; I bought
some the other day coz they were on sale (3/dollar) and
I thought they would maybe have less of whatever it
is in mangoes I am sensitive to (the weird melony-ness
is the part I don't like) while having more of the
stuff I like.

but now, so I gave them away. I see how they coukld be
super great fora hardcore mango fan tho.

mangos are kind of a funny thing. My mother doesn't care for them too much. She finds them too sweet, yet she likes papaya.
