My GP is working on sorting out some physical stuff. (my intestines are crazy inflamed so there will be blood work and other civilized stuff.)
I am also creating a possible plan to deal with the anxiety flare-ups.
I had a good day today. It was busy. And there were a few moments where I was hit by that wave of sadness/fear but I was able to make it drop and disappear.
The feeling is very real but it isn't all of me.

I had a really good driving lesson. (My test is in October) My instructor said, "You really showed what you can do. It clicked." Maybe it helped to chew gum to get rid of that nervous energy. Chomping away like a cow.
I began work on a piece that I am hoping to send off soon for submission to a literary journal. "hey reject me I don't care."

I have to remember I am capable.

You know that your crazy inflamed intestines can be the reason you have anxiety flare-ups? Gut dysbiosis is no joke and can really mess with you. I found I had an overgrowth of stuff my holisitc doc (does that make her my HD?) didn't like, so I got some non-systemic antibiotics to clear the palate, and now I'm drinking (one small pouch mixed in water) 450 billion probiotic bacteria daily. 450,000,000,000 is quite a lot, yet it's no more than a tablespoon. Anyway, fingers crossed your GP keeps digging and testing and have some good stuff gor you to get back into balance. Unfortunately my GP either don't care or don't have a clue, which is why I had to get a HD.

You know, if chewing gum makes your instructor happy with your driving, then chew gum! They'll love your driving at the test too, then.

And yes, you are capable.
