my friend Ian and I decided we are the founders of the "mutual cake society"
if you can't decide who or what you want, and yet you want it all, join up with us.
we get together, eat tea and cake and talk about our sordid sex lives or make up some sex life.

I just made the most perfect lemon souffle.
It stayed perfectly puffed up, had the correct golden brown colour, the cap was just right. It had a subtle lemon flavor and so sweet, but not overly sweet like a grocery store sheet cake.
Light like custard, but with more oomph. It melted on my tongue leaving a lemon taste.
Perfection.

I also whipped up chicken enchiladas for dinner
and made a banana walnut cake. which is popular with everyone.
come to my house, we have angelfood cake, banana walnut cake, a bit of souffle left, and...eggs...lots of eggs.
