stories from the family.

I don't think I mentioned what my brother Tom the actor is doing as of late. He is doing a show in New York where he plays three or four parts through-out the play. At one point he plays the part of a flamboyant gay man named Larry. In a g-string. Who hula-hoops. I am not entirely sure how the hula-hoop helps progress the plot of the show or how a g-string is important to the character but what do I know. I prefer the plays of Kaufman and Hart.
I am not making this up. He comes out, does his thing, bares his back-side to the audience whilst doing his... schtick and then leaps off of stage. I think he also says, "Happy Anniversary." (he could tell you)
The things a person does for their "craft".
Tom recently met his girlfriend's parents and he told his girlfriend, "You probably don't want to bring them to the show. It may not be their kind of thing."
Not to mention that Tom did make a good impression on them at dinner so he probably didn't want to ruin it by showing off his ass to them.
I suppose every actor has a story about doing a show like that. Tom being incredibly comfortable in his sexuality isn't bothered by any of it.
Though I do worry about him catching cold.
But hey if you are in New York, you can see my brother's ass until the 23rd of February.
