I am here.
Feb. 1st, 2014 10:33 pmMiss Biscuit is sick with the nasty cold. Senor Onion is mostly better (if leaky in the nose) and the living room remains cold. Unless we have a roaring fire for several hours a day -which is expensive.
I may just break down and buy a heater, because I can only wear so many cardigans, and socks, and slippers, and a dressing gown.
Miss Biscuit is the saddest little sick girl alive. Her face leaks, she feels wretched, she doesn't want to eat, and she feels like she has to throw up. I may beg her to eat a bunch of garlic. At least she napped today. I may just make us eat garlic at every meal. No one will go near us until Spring and then there won't be any colds.
Brilliant plan.
February. We made it. By the skin of our teeth. Next week I start physical therapy!!!! Maybe I will buy get another wool cardigan to keep from freezing.
Maybe our house will have its closing.
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
I have rarely been by myself for awhile. All these people. Everywhere. All of the time. And then there is the rain. I need a break from the rain and family. Just so I can try and run again. I am pacing like a tiger at a zoo.
