My mood is still lacking. But I will be fine.
I shouldn't complain. I have a good life. I need to remember that.

So...Monday I made warmed herbed goat cheese on toast with a green salad and a quiche. Last night I made gnocchi.
What to make tonight? Maybe stuffed mushrooms and risotto? We still have angel food cake and peaches and cream. So I don't have to think about dessert. It may be time to peruse cook books and think of new things to create.

Maybe I should explore Basque cooking or something silly like that.


I haven't made falafel in such a long time.... Maybe it is time to introduce Mr. Jenner to five way Cincinnati chili.

Maybe...I would have to ease him into it. Of course he is sort of sensitive he may not like the stuff.
